Try presentation translation before paying
A free test translation of part of your PPTX is available on the home page. It lets you evaluate translation quality, terminology choices, and presentation text processing.
If the test limit is not enough, you can request an extended demo translation from support.
What happens to the presentation
The service extracts text from the presentation, translates it with AI, and places it back into the corresponding slide elements. There is no need to copy everything into a text translator and rebuild the presentation manually.
You can preserve formatting within text fragments and adjust the font, proofing language, font size, and line spacing. Speaker notes can be included separately.
How to translate a PPTX
- Open the translator and upload a file with the .pptx extension.
- Select the source and target languages, document subject, and optional glossary.
- Review the automatically calculated price and start the translation.
- Download the translated presentation when processing is complete.
Terminology and subject area
For technical, financial, medical, and other specialized presentations, specify the document subject. AI will use the domain context to choose meanings for ambiguous terms, headings, and professional abbreviations more precisely across slides.
For the most consistent professional translation, specify the presentation subject and upload your own glossary when needed.
Layout considerations
Translated text can be longer than the original, so it is worth reviewing the presentation afterward. Advanced settings let you adjust font size and spacing, including only for text boxes that overflow a slide.
About PowerPoint translation
Will the presentation design be preserved?
The service preserves slide structure, text boxes, and core formatting. If translated text differs in length, you can adjust font size and line spacing before translation. You can also change these settings afterward using the free “PPTX Formatting” mode without paying again.
Can speaker notes be translated?
Yes. After uploading a PPTX, enable speaker note translation in the price estimate panel.
Can I use my own terminology glossary?
Yes. The translator accepts XLSX, DOCX, and TXT glossaries and applies them during translation.
Do I have to pay before seeing the price?
No. The service first counts the translatable characters and displays the price. You then decide whether to start the full translation.
