Translation without rebuilding the layout
Text is extracted from the DOCX, translated, and returned to the document. The service processes paragraphs and Word tables while keeping their position in the file structure, as well as bold, italic, and underline formatting within text fragments.
You can force a font and size for the document or specify fallback values for text where they are not explicitly defined.
How to translate a DOCX
- Open the translator and select a Word document with the .docx extension.
- Specify the language pair, document subject, and any additional instructions.
- Add a glossary or select bilingual mode when needed.
- Review the price, start the translation, and download the result.
Consistent terminology
Specify the document subject so AI can use the context of a contract, report, scientific paper, or technical document and choose meanings for ambiguous professional terms more precisely.
For the most consistent result, upload a custom glossary as well. It helps translate names, abbreviations, and specialized vocabulary the same way throughout the document. Additional instructions can specify words to leave untranslated or the desired writing style.
Full or bilingual document
In full translation mode, source text is replaced with the translation. In bilingual mode, the translation is added alongside the original, which is useful for review, approval, or educational materials. The translated text can also be italicized.

Which Word files are supported?
The service supports the modern Microsoft Word DOCX format.
Will bold and italic formatting be preserved?
The service can preserve formatting within text fragments, including bold, italic, and underline. We recommend reviewing complex documents after processing.
Can I get the source and translation in one file?
Yes. Select “Bilingual” in the main settings before starting the translation.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the number of translatable non-space characters and is displayed automatically after you upload the DOCX.
